Job Summary
Business Analyst in Macquarie's People and Culture Transformation team to support end-to-end analysis across talent acquisition, reward, talent management, and operating model changes. You will help define problems, understand business needs, and translate them into clear and actionable requirements, working with delivery, change, product, and technology partners. You will balance pace and structure across multiple workstreams to support outcomes-focused delivery. You will engage with stakeholders across business teams and technology partners, leverage agile or hybrid delivery approaches, and apply tools like Jira and Confluence. The role emphasizes strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions that consider technology and data impacts.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, typically with five or more years working in transformation programmes or complex change environments
- Proven ability to lead requirements activities from start to finish, including gathering, analysing, documenting, and tracking requirements, and translating business needs into practical solutions that consider technology and data impacts
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments, using work management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence to support alignment and delivery
- A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail, an outcomes-driven approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence
