Job Summary
Act as the trusted cybersecurity advisor to leadership teams across Financial Management, People and Engagement, Legal and Governance, and Risk Management. Evaluate security risks for central support groups, define mitigation measures, and drive risk reduction through standard adoption. Serve as the primary connector between business units and the central cybersecurity team, aligning strategy with solutions. Provide oversight for business projects by articulating risks, translating insights for leaders, and delivering tailored awareness training and briefings. Develop and report key cybersecurity metrics and performance indicators to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a cybersecurity advisory role
- Strong analytical and verbal reasoning skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience engaging confidently with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to articulate cybersecurity issues and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Skilled capability in gaining buy-in for security measures by articulating risk trade-offs, cost/benefit analyses, and translating technical concepts into business language
- Self-starter
- Client oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in multiple global offices
