Associate Director in Equity Capital Markets in Hong Kong to originate, structure, market and execute a broad range of equity transactions across Asia, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, accelerated placements, block trades, convertible bonds and other equity-linked solutions. Lead transaction execution and coordinate cross-functional deal teams; develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, sponsors and institutional investors; prepare and deliver client presentations, transaction analyses and market updates; evaluate market conditions, investor sentiment and sector trends; mentor and develop junior team members; partner with Coverage and sector teams to originate new business and deepen client relationships. Requires 8–12+ years in ECM or related areas, a strong track record in IPOs and equity-linked mandates, deep understanding of China and Asia-Pacific equity capital markets, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
