Regional Transformation Lead responsible for ensuring transformation is delivered, adopted and sustained across the region. Translate global priorities into executable regional plans, lead rollout with regional capacity in mind, and own outcomes with focus on adoption and lasting impact. Act as the voice of the region to influence global program decisions, bridge design and execution, embed new ways of working, respond to risks and evolving priorities, and collaborate with global program teams, regional People and Culture and People Experience leaders, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment across plans, dependencies and milestones. Requires 8–12 years’ experience in transformation within complex, global organisations; background in HR/People & Culture transformation or large-scale operating model changes; proven rollout and adoption leadership across regions or business units; strong ability to translate strategy into scalable execution; expertise in behaviour change and stakeholder management across levels; ability to adapt delivery based on real-time insights.
