Job Summary
As a Cybersecurity Incident Responder in Sydney, you will develop tools and use modern technologies to detect and respond to security threats. You’ll coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders during incidents, leverage logging and SIEM platforms (Sumo Logic, Splunk or Splunk Enterprise Security), and provide security consulting to secure applications (e.g., OWASP) to prevent recurrence. Cloud experience with Google Cloud and AWS is preferred. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are available, dependent on role.
Required Qualifications
- entry level cybersecurity
- experience in incident response and threat hunting (preferred)
- expertise with Logging and SIEM platforms (Sumo Logic, Splunk)
- ability to coordinate multiple teams during incidents and take decisive containment actions
- experience in security consulting and advising on securing applications (e.g., OWASP)
- prior experience with cloud services such as Google Cloud and AWS (preferred)
