Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families throughout Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical standards. This hybrid position requires one in-person visit per month and offers flexible scheduling with no caseload limits. Up to $80/hour is available for eligible candidates holding an active BCBA certification and Nebraska licensure. The role includes a dedicated Success Manager and support for obtaining additional state licensure through the LBA Expansion Program.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month
