Job Summary
The Wheelchair Supervisor at PrimeFlight leads and trains a team to deliver high-quality wheelchair services for passengers with mobility challenges. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, scheduling attendants across terminals, training staff, resolving operational challenges, collaborating with airport authorities, and ensuring compliance with ADA regulations. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the U.S., and have a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role within customer service or airport operations. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within customer service or airport operations
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
Desired Qualifications
- Proven ability to supervise teams effectively and handle challenging situations
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Effective communication skills in-person and electronically
