Wheelchair Agent

Assist and transport airline passengers requiring wheelchair assistance at the airport, including pushing wheelchair passengers to and from gates and guiding them through jet bridges. Ensure wheel brakes are in place before passengers exit wheelchairs, complete any necessary wheelchair or incident reports, follow dispatcher gate orders, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while meeting customer service standards. Works with airport authorities and airline staff, with duties including safety, wellbeing, and compliance responsibilities and performing additional tasks as assigned. Must be able to work various shifts, lift up to 70 lbs, and be eligible to work in the US; High School GED preferred; airport badge obtained as part of the process.
