Job Summary
Push wheelchair passengers to and from gates, roll customer-occupied wheelchairs safely down jet bridges, and ensure brakes are secured before exit. Complete necessary wheelchair or incident reports, follow dispatcher gate orders, and assist passengers with any problems, questions, or concerns while maintaining professional relationships with employees, supervisors, managers, airline staff, and airport authorities. Maintain a friendly attitude, exceed customer service standards, and carry out other duties as assigned while adhering to health, safety, and compliance rules. Ability to work various shifts, lift up to 70lbs, and possess a valid driver's license required. Must be 18 years of age, eligible to work in the US, and pass criminal background check and drug screen.

- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms generated by terminal environment
- Able to lift up to 70lbs.
- Must be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the US
- Must be able to pass criminal background check and a drug screen
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- Ability to obtain an airport badge
