Job Summary
Deliver fuel via tractor-trailer to customer sites and AFD-owned card locks/storage with emphasis on safe handling, load integrity, and compliance. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, wheel-to-wheel refueling, and ensure accurate documentation (driver logs, bills of lading). Maintain vehicle cleanliness, assist with minor repairs, and adhere to hours of service and TDG regulations. Evening shift starts late afternoon to midnight in Victoria, with retention bonuses ($1,000 after 3 months; $1,000 after 6 months) and comprehensive benefits from day 1, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, boot discounts, education assistance, and orientation/training. Willingness to train and mentor others; complete end-of-shift paperwork and participate in pre-employment checks.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class 3 Driver’s License
- Minimum 2 years of Class 3 experience
- Experience with off-road, mountain, and winter driving
- Basic knowledge of apps on the phone and e-logs
- Commercial Drivers Abstract within the last 30 days
- High school education
- Pre-employment checks including criminal record check and drug & alcohol testing
