Job Summary
Inspect, assess, and repair alloy wheels including scratches, kerb damage, bends, and cosmetic imperfections. Perform wheel refinishing, polishing, straightening, and restoration work to meet BMW quality standards and workshop expectations. Maintain accurate job documentation, communicate repair requirements with the team, and follow all workplace health and safety procedures while keeping the work area clean and organized. Collaborate with technicians to ensure vehicles are returned to customers in exceptional condition within established repair timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in wheel repair, alloy wheel restoration, or a similar automotive trade role
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Experience working with automotive finishes, repair techniques, and workshop equipment
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional approach
- A passion for delivering premium results and maintaining high standards
- A National Police Check
