Job Summary
Coordinate guest requests and manage incoming calls to ensure seamless operations across all departments. Anticipate needs by proactively identifying opportunities for personalized touches, from last-minute surprises to special arrival setups. Serve as the central point of contact while maintaining a global understanding of hotel logistics and operational excellence. Embody the Whatever/Whenever service philosophy by creatively shaping guest experiences behind the scenes. Fluent in French and English with a passion for high-end lifestyle environments, you will support the W Verbiier team during the winter season from December 2026 to March 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English
- experience in Concierge/ Guest Service department in a high end, lifestyle kind of environment
- Passion for giving guests an exceptional experience
- Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
- Due to visa restrictions, only applications from Switzerland and the European Union will be considered
