Job Summary
Create and present custom B2B development projects by understanding client needs, allocating resources, and defining requirements. Define and manage budgets while supervising accurate activity tracking across all software project lifecycle phases. Utilize planning and execution tools to coordinate resources and monitor project progress. Requires a degree in economics or technical/IT fields, prior experience as a Project Manager in a software house, and strong client and budget management skills. Full-time direct employment with a hybrid smart working schedule of 8 days per month and flexible hours. Salary range €30,000–€45,000. Based in Verona or Florence.
Required Qualifications
- Esperienza come Project Manager presso Software House (in progetti di sviluppo software custom)
- Pregressa esperienza nella gestione e coordinamento di risorse
- Esperienza nella gestione del cliente e di budget
- Capacità di analisi, problem solving, leadership
- Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (almeno livello B2)
- Disponibilità a trasferte, principalmente giornaliere, sul territorio nazionale
Desired Qualifications
