Job Summary
Assist chef(s) and cooks in preparation of salad, main dishes, snack trays and other foods; ensure proper temperatures for foods, salads, and soups; maintain clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen areas and equipment; provide excellent customer relations; assist other employees as needed; completes cash transactions when cook or cashier are unavailable; utilize knowledge of health standards and proper cooking and food storage temperatures; follow instructions and adapt to stressful situations; learn and take on new tasks; operate and handle kitchen equipment; stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
