Job Summary
Pick and ship customer orders efficiently from the warehouse while moving freight and materials to designated areas for shipping and storage. Receive incoming products, accurately stock shelves to maintain inventory levels, and pack items securely in preparation for shipping. Identify, count, and sort packages with urgency, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment by following all safety protocols and company policies. Work Monday through Friday on the 2nd shift (10am–7pm) at a rate of $20 DOE plus a .50 shift differential. Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and team lift up to 120 pounds, with the ability to learn equipment such as RF scan guns and forklifts. Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak and read in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on regular basis
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
- Willingness to work occasional overtime when necessary
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test where applicable upon hire

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of stable work experience in a warehouse distribution center
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy
- Strong problem solving, time management, and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- Willingness to learn and become proficient with warehouse equipment such as: RF scan gun, Forklift, Pallet jack, Label machines, etc.
