WFS Job Coach - Post Falls, ID - Part-time/Hourly

Conduct participant assessment, training, and job readiness services while supervising both funded and unfunded program participants. Provide hands-on training, direct supervision, and support at various work locations, explaining and demonstrating tasks to ensure individual understanding of job duties. Assist with screening referrals, developing intake and service plans, and performing job and task analyses. Monitor participant progress, gather accurate data for reporting, and collaborate with Workforce and Family Services to resolve skills training or behavioral issues. Ensure all paperwork, case notes, and service reports remain current and compliant with Goodwill Industries, CARF standards, and federal safety regulations. Maintain confidentiality and properly wear required PPE while working flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings, with localized travel using company or personal vehicle.
