WFS Job Coach - Ponderay, ID - Part-time/Hourly

Conduct participant assessment, training, and job readiness services while supervising employment support for funded and unfunded program participants. Provide direct hands-on training, model appropriate work behaviors, and assist in developing natural supports to achieve vocational and non-vocational goals. Perform job and task analysis, review intake documentation, and gather accurate data for reporting requirements including work behaviors and productivity. Establish working relationships with participants, referral agencies, and team members while ensuring all paperwork and case notes remain current and compliant. Assist with screening referrals, orienting new participants, and recommending policy or management changes to supervisory staff.
