WFS Job Coach - Moscow, ID - Full-time/Hourly

Position will provide and support participant assessment, training, coaching, and job readiness services. Supervise and/or provide direct employment services to both funded and un-funded program participants earning commensurate or non-commensurate wages. Experience working with persons with disabilities/disadvantages preferred. Must pass background, & driver record check, have flexible schedule, reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of personal auto insurance. Duties include screening referrals, building relationships with participants and referral agencies, ensuring accurate paperwork and reporting, providing hands-on training and supervision, collecting data for reporting, proposing policy changes, orienting new referrals, helping participants achieve independent functioning, reviewing intake and service plans, conducting job/task analyses, monitoring progress, staying informed on wage trends and coaching techniques, explaining tasks to participants, accommodating job duties, working across shifts/locations including weekends/evenings, adhering to policy standards (PPE, confidentiality, safety), and collaborating with staff to address vocational and behavioral issues. Education/background check and driver/insurance requirements are important prerequisites.
