(WFO) Zone Team Leader

The Retail Zone Team Leader oversees merchandising, staffing, and customer-service activities for a defined zone of the store, directing a team to maintain store standards and drive associate productivity. Responsibilities include executing procedures for merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery; ensuring inventory and scheduling processes are followed; supervising associates and communicating directives; and performing opening/closing duties as needed to support an exceptional associate and customer experience. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
