(WFO) Zone Team Leader

The Retail Zone Team Leader will guide and oversee operations for a specific zone of the store’s sales floor, supervising a team focused on merchandising and delivering an exceptional associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include executing procedures for merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery; ensuring store standards, inventory processes, and company programs are met; coordinating merchandise planning, receiving, and floor stocking; overseeing scheduling and staffing for efficient unload/processing and driving productivity; supervising associates and communicating directives; performing Team Leader duties to open/close the store as needed. Qualifications require a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer, and schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 35 pounds, and standing for extended periods. Ollie’s is an equal opportunity employer.
