Job Summary
Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and maintains the store appearance with primary focus on the assigned zone; responsibilities include merchandise recovery to standards, knowledge of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales, support for donation programs, assisting with receiving the truck, pricing items, and training new Associates, and keeping the zone neat and organized. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 35 pounds, and to stand for extended periods; evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6+ months retail experience preferred
