Job Summary
Lead the front-end team in a retail store, overseeing entrance/exterior standards and driving associate productivity and customer service. Hire, develop, and schedule store associates; manage payroll budgets, expenses, and shrink reduction; lead safety meetings and ensure follow-up actions; support merchandising execution and pricing updates; open/close the store and handle additional responsibilities as assigned. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer; must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to lift/push as specified.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates
- Physical requirements: able to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods
