Job Summary
Lead the store's front-end operations as Retail Front End Team Leader, overseeing a sales team, supervising associates, and driving customer service and store standards. Responsibilities include payroll and expense reporting, shrink reduction, banking tasks, and supporting staffing, hiring, and scheduling; ensure merchandising execution, pricing updates, and safety practices; manage donation programs and Ollie’s Army membership; conduct monthly safety meetings and develop team performance. Qualifications include 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
