Job Summary
The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance with primary focus on front-end operations, including greeting customers, operating the cash register, knowing current promotions to answer questions and drive sales, supporting donation programs, receiving shipments, pricing items, merchandising products, and maintaining store appearance. Responsibilities include welcoming customers entering and exiting, handling transactions, staying informed on promotions, assisting with truck receiving, pricing, merchandising, and completing additional store-maintenance tasks as assigned. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, a positive, team-oriented attitude, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
