Job Summary
The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance, with primary focus on front-end operations. Responsibilities include greeting and acknowledging customers, operating the cash register, knowledge of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales, supporting donation programs year-round, assisting with receiving shipments, pricing and merchandising items, recovering the store, and maintaining overall store appearance. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, a positive attitude and teamwork orientation, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
