Job Summary
The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance, with primary focus on front end operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, accurately operating the cash register, knowing current promotions to answer questions and drive sales, supporting donation programs, assisting with receiving shipments, pricing items, merchandising products, recovering and maintaining store appearance, and performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications include a preferred high school diploma or equivalent and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods. Equal opportunity employer.
