Job Summary
Seeking a WFD Lead to assist in developing and implementing training programs for individuals with employment barriers, requiring a Bachelor's in human services or related field, with CESP certification and 6-12 months experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a valid Ohio and/or West Virginia driver’s license
- Must be CESP certified or complete certification within the first 18 months of employment
- Six to twelve months of effective work experience
- Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing administrative training programs
- Knowledge of employment resources in Southeastern Ohio and Northeastern West Virginia
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Access to own transportation
