Job Summary
Engage in practical, hands-on job training in designated roles while learning job responsibilities and demonstrating growth within the work environment. Participate in mentorship and career guidance sessions to support personal and professional development, and undergo regular evaluations to track performance and development. Commit to professional growth, educational progress, certifications, and goal achievement throughout the program duration. Transition into a full-time role or pursue external job opportunities upon completion, provided you commit to the full program or complete required training and certifications. Reports to the Director. Starting pay is $16.00 per-hour (Non-Exempt).
Required Qualifications
- Be a recognized Tribal Member of the Santa Rosa Rancheria Tachi-Yokut Tribe.
- Commit to professional growth and career development throughout the program.
