Job Summary
Wetwall Sales Representative drives Wetwall waterproof wall panel systems sales and revenue growth across assigned regions, owning regional targets, developing territory and account plans, coordinating with independent distribution and company-owned teams, and collaborating with architects and designers to position Wetwall as a preferred alternative to tile and other panels for wet areas; must lead and coach territory reps, expand market presence with builders, remodelers, contractors, distributors, and designers, and ensure supply reliability while leveraging Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel for presentations and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree Required in Administration or a closely related field, plus five years of field selling/specification experience; one additional year of experience may substitute for one year of required education (maximum substitution of four years)
- 5+ years of sales or product experience; 3+ years in sales leadership or team management; proven ability to grow revenue and manage key account relationships
- Strong understanding of distributor and contractor channels
- Willingness to travel; field-based role with travel
