Wet Utility Inspector

Inspect wet utility works and associated civil infrastructure to confirm compliance with contract specifications, approved drawings, and ITPs. Verify approved materials by collecting and filing compliance documents, then maintain daily diaries, reports, and photo records while tracking non-conformances for timely close-out. Witness and coordinate inspections with survey and material testing parties, recognize site issues, propose solutions, and escalate conflicts to the Chief Inspector. Support as-built records and quantity verification for payment and change work while promoting job safety practices. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 5+ years of inspection experience on infrastructure projects.
