Job Summary
Wet Utilities Engineers and Designers at AECOM join a growing team in the southern US to work on large Design/Build or Alternative Delivery projects. Roles include Junior, Mid, and Senior level Wet Utilities Engineers and Wet Utilities CAD Designers; responsibilities include design of highway water and sewer utility systems, conveyance design (manholes, pipes, distribution lines), and coordination with environmental, roadway, structures, signing, MOT, and temporary drainage. Skills include experience with Bentley MicroStation, ORD software, and a background in highway conveyance design. Preferred qualifications include EIT Certification or a PE License and State DOT experience. Relocation assistance may be available. Roles are hybrid (remote/in-office) and based out of a local AECOM office. Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available. All applicants should be prepared for Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (CAD Designers)
- BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (Junior Level Engineers)
- BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (Mid-Level Engineers)
- BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads)
- EIT Certification or PE License (Preferred)
- State DOT experience
- Experience using ORD software
