Job Summary
Sand guitars with progressively higher grits of sandpaper, starting at 800 and ending at 1000, to level final lacquer coats and remove blemishes. Learn and execute standard operating procedures while maintaining product flow at an appropriate rate and adhering to department protocols including 5S and safety standards. Ensure a 95% pass rate based on production requirements and meet all quality standards. Maintain strong attention to detail and prioritize tasks without direct supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to stand entire shift
- Must be able to lift guitars throughout the day
