Job Summary
Conduct new device front-end process development for automotive, consumer, and industrial microcontrollers, SoCs, and GaN products. Select, launch, and scale new equipment and materials for mass production while ensuring domestic factory equipment stability, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Present research at academic conferences and submit patent proposals. Requires experience in WET process technology development and a degree in electrical, mechanical, chemical, or physics engineering. Basic PC skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are necessary. Effective communication across departments is essential. - 学会発表、特許提案
- 本募集職種、およびそれに類する業務経験を有する方
- 高専、4年制大学または大学院にて電気、機械、化学、または物理学等を修了している方
- 基本的なPC操作の出来る方 (Excel、Word、Powerpoint)
- 関係部門を含め円滑なコミュニケーションを取る能力のある方
