Job Summary
Develop new intermediate and post-process technologies including WET, integration, metal deposition, and lithography for embedded power devices. Lead process development, support manufacturing line setup and mass production transition, and drive quality and yield improvement initiatives. Apply new materials and methods while reducing costs for legacy processes. Manage technical reporting and troubleshooting for OSAT partners. Join a new department advancing in-house manufacturing capabilities for AI server applications.
Required Qualifications
- 半導体の WET プロセス技術開発又は量産の経験 (2 年以上)
- WET プロセス関連材料の開発又は評価の経験
- WET プロセス関連装置の開発又は評価の経験
- 技術系学位 (機械、材料、電子、化学など)
- 半導体のメタライズ以降のインテグレーション開発経験 (2 年以上)
- パワーデバイスの基礎知識
- 信頼性試験の評価知識
- 工程改善・品質管理などの実務経験
- ISO/IATF など品質規格への対応経験
- 半導体のメタル成膜技術開発又は量産の経験 (2 年以上)
- メタル成膜関連材料の開発又は評価の経験
- メタル成膜関連装置の開発又は評価の経験
- 半導体のリソグラフィ技術開発又は量産の経験 (2 年以上)
- リソグラフィ関連材料の開発又は評価の経験
- リソグラフィ関連装置の開発又は評価の経験
- 技術系学位 (機械、材料、電子、化学など)
