Job Summary
Wet Process Operator in Golden, CO. Operate and monitor wet process equipment (plating, etching, resist, photo) per work instructions; handle materials (mandrels, stencils, panels) to meet quality standards; follow safety protocols and use PPE; perform routine preventative maintenance and minor repairs; mix, monitor, and record chemical solutions; assist process engineers with chemical process jobs; inspect product thickness/defects and document results; enter production, quality, and job data into the Manufacturing Control System; maintain a clean, safe environment and follow cleanroom/plant protocols; proactively report equipment issues or unusual conditions; cross-train to support additional processes; perform other tasks as assigned; schedule: first shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Knowledge of wet chemical processes, etching, plating, or cleaning technologies a plus
