Wet Paint - 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:30pm)

Apply wet paint coatings to metal parts using spray guns and related equipment. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and sanding parts to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality. Mix and prepare paints, thinners, and coatings according to specifications. Load, unload, hang, and remove parts from carts, racks, and conveyors. Operate paint booths, curing ovens, and associated equipment. Use forklifts, hoists, and other material-handling equipment to move parts. Inspect painted parts for defects such as runs, sags, thin coverage, or contamination. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of paint equipment and booths. Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Work the 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
