Wet Bench Engineer

Job Summary
Support installation and qualification of wet bench equipment while managing tool operation, health monitoring, and troubleshooting. Drive preventive maintenance and calibration for chemical, fluid, pump, valve, and sensor issues. Coordinate with vendors for service and spares, ensure safety, EHS, and contamination control compliance, and execute root cause analysis to implement improvements. Work with facilities for utility readiness and maintain SOPs and documentation. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related fields with 3–8 years of experience in wet bench or similar equipment. Full-time role in Bangalore, India with 10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field
- 3–8 years experience in wet bench or similar equipment
- Hands-on with fluid, chemical, and electromechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
- Good understanding of safety and tool operation
- Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time
Desired Qualifications
- Semiconductor or advanced lab experience
- Knowledge of PLCs and control systems
- Experience with DI water and chemical delivery systems
