Job Summary
Seeking a Group Fitness Instructor at YMCA to lead classes, support community wellness, and build relationships in a part-time role. Requires certification and experience with diverse groups.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must hold current nationally recognized Group Fitness certification from approved organization
- Complete YMCA cause & culture training before first shift
- Complete CPR/AED; First Aid training within 30 days of hire
- Successful clearance of background check
- Follow youth boundaries policies and abuse risk management training
