Job Summary
Respond to equipment staging and delivery requests while safely storing, staging, and transporting IT hardware to client sites. Perform hardware replacements and upgrades in data center environments, and troubleshoot faulty equipment remotely to minimize downtime. Adhere to safety protocols and collaborate with the remote support team to ensure efficient service delivery. Work on an on-call basis with flexible, intermittent hours between $50-$90 per hour. Gain exposure to diverse networking technologies and receive training from experienced staff.
Required Qualifications
- basic experience as a Data Center Technician or IT works
- Decent knowledge of data center equipment, IT hardware, and associated technologies
- Ability to work on an on-call basis
