Job Summary
Execute visual merchandising and fixture standards across denim displays, signage, and branded fixtures in farm, ranch, and western retail locations. Manage backstock to ensure sizes and key styles remain on the floor, correctly sized, and fully stocked. Engage store associates on the Westmoor story, denim fits, washes, and key styles while building strong relationships. Identify merchandising opportunities and share competitive intel from the field, then complete store visit reports through ThirdChannel's mobile app with clear intel, high-quality photos, and summaries. Serve as the go-to Rock & Roll Denim expert in your territory. One 1-hour visit per location monthly; pay starts at $24/hour plus travel incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Genuine appreciation for western wear and denim — fits, washes, and the details that set a brand apart
- Comfortable representing Rock & Roll Denim in farm, ranch, and western retail environments
- Detail oriented, with an eye for a clean, well-sized, on-brand denim presentation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to engage and inspire store teams
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using mobile apps and everyday technology
- Smartphone required (iOS 17+ or Android 13+)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your assigned territory
- Independent contractor position (1099)
- One 1-hour visit per location, monthly
- Servicing Atwoods, C-A-L Ranch, Coastal Farm & Ranch, and Rural King locations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in retail, merchandising, styling, or brand ambassador roles preferred
