Job Summary
Respond to resident maintenance requests and perform preventative maintenance throughout the property, including painting, drywall repair, lighting fixes, and basic carpentry. Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities while conducting routine property inspections. Move furniture and equipment as needed and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled. Live on-site with a rent discount. Prior property maintenance experience and valid driver's license required.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction
- Previous property maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must be available to work evenings
- Must be available to work holidays
- Must participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
- Must live on-site
Desired Qualifications
