Job Summary
Assess individualized patient needs and implement evidence-based care using a family-centered approach. Educate and evaluate care plans while ensuring clinic workflows comply with regulatory policies. Document according to organizational standards and engage in quality improvement data collection or auditing. Report important updates to staff and collaborate with providers to address patient and family concerns. Requires a valid Ohio driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a BSN within five years. Full-time role with varying shifts including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Pass a motor vehicle background inspection
- Insurance eligibility
- Driving qualifications
- Training set forth by Nationwide Children's Hospital
- Maintain qualification of insurance guidelines
- Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Successfully complete BSN within 5 years of start date
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Three years of pediatric clinical experience
