Job Summary
Lead and grow a new occupational medicine clinic within a 90-provider multispecialty group, delivering services including work-site ergonomic evaluations, CDL and pre-employment physicals, on-the-job injury management, and school, sport, and camp physicals. Manage patient care for immunizations and urine drug screens while establishing the service line's operational framework. This salaried position offers quarterly production bonuses and a four-and-a-half-day work week with no call rotation. The role is open to BC Occupational Medicine physicians with at least two years of experience to join a financially stable, physician-owned group consistently voted the community's top medical practice.
