Job Summary
Conduct discovery-driven conversations to understand clients' financial goals, priorities, and concerns, then develop and recommend holistic financial strategies aligned with short- and long-term objectives. Build and maintain ongoing advisory relationships through proactive outreach, plan reviews, and life-event discussions while educating clients on financial concepts to support informed decision-making. Manage referred prospects and outbound call lists to qualify needs and transition relationships into active advisory clients, ensuring all activities comply with federal, state, and broker/dealer regulations. Maintain accurate CRM documentation and complete required operational activities including account setup and transaction processing. Requires Series 63/65 and AZ Life/Health licenses, plus Arizona driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Financial Industry Experience
- 1+ years of limited sales experience

- Valid Arizona driver license
- Motor vehicle record will be screened and the incumbent must meet Company guidelines
- Active and in good standing
- Or both Series 63 & 65 - active and in good standing
- AZ Life/Health Insurance Life and Disability Insurance License
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
