Job Summary
Instruct groups or individual players in the fundamentals of girls soccer, educating teams on rules, strategies, and techniques while planning and leading practice sessions. Train and motivate athletes to prepare for games, develop physical conditioning programs, and evaluate fitness levels to assign roles based on strengths. Ensure safety compliance by teaching regulations, monitoring equipment use, and modifying coaching strategies as needed. Stay current on rule changes, philosophies, and relevant technology. Requires two years of coaching experience, extensive sport knowledge, and ability to traverse various athletic grounds.

- Extensive knowledge of the assigned sport
- Ability to work with student athletes
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to traverse various athletic grounds and facilities
- Prolonged periods of standing or walking
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of experience as an athletic coach preferred
