Job Summary
Receive food items and distribute meals to classrooms and students while assisting parents with Free/Reduced Lunch Applications and meal ordering. Accurately complete and submit all required food service reports, operate and clean facility equipment, and adhere to Utah State safety standards and National School Lunch Program guidelines. Maintain personal integrity and communicate effectively with co-workers, parents, and students while performing physical duties such as lifting items up to 35 lbs and standing or walking 95% of the workday. Obtain a State of Utah Food Handlers Permit within 30 days of employment. Work Monday through Friday per the school calendar, with hours assigned as needed between 8:30 am and 1:30 pm, capped at 29 hours weekly unless approved otherwise.
