Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive training for new store owners and employees on product preparation, quality control, equipment maintenance, and hygiene standards. Deliver foundational instruction to internal staff while managing Training Center operations, including safety compliance, expense handling, inventory checks, and procurement. Develop and update training curricula, prepare documentation, and lead post-training evaluations to ensure successful store launches. Requires prior bakery or QSR experience, bilingual Korean/English proficiency preferred, with a full-time schedule in Commerce, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Prior bakery, food and beverage, and/or QSR, experience
- Associate degree, or bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
- Basic understanding of F&B operation fundamentals
- Basic Computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Korean/English
