Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, provide fair estimates on cost and time required for bodywork, and break down estimates into labor and parts before jobs begin. Write body shop damage estimates, negotiate with customers and insurance adjusters, and perform related accounting functions. Document daily in CCC1 and DealerTrack, communicate effectively with customers, insurance, and technicians, and prepare supplements for insurance approval. Revise time allowances, follow-up on parts orders, answer phone calls, set appointments, and take messages. Prepare final billing, perform cashiering duties, and maintain accounts receivable below sixty days. Adhere to standard operating procedures, DRP programs, and the Hoffman Auto Group Privacy Act policy.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
