Job Summary
Coordinate service and projects to ensure customer satisfaction by managing planned and unplanned service interventions, coordinating technical teams, and overseeing after-sales projects. Responsibilities include managing service tickets, maintaining customer relationships, gathering feedback for improvements, developing SME-level understanding of regional systems, collaborating with technical departments to allocate resources, contributing to project scope, feasibility studies, and implementation of service improvements (e.g., retrofit, asset and system performance enhancements), ensuring timely execution within qualitative and cost targets, coordinating materials with vendors and purchasing, and acting as the primary interface for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Management Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering
- 3 years’ experience in automation, material handling, or related industrial environments
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Ability to coordinate technical resources and field staff in a matrixed environment
- Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple plants and customers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret and articulate technical concepts
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, BI tools, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
