West Regional Strategist

Lead the West regional portfolio strategy and market planning for Cushman & Wakefield’s SC account, translating portfolio data, market intelligence, and business priorities into practical regional plans. Responsibilities include developing West region portfolio plans aligned to global Asset Management direction, maintaining market/metro plans, translating business ambition into real estate choices across office/branch portfolios, preparing options papers, scenario analyses, and business cases for regional and governance forums, and coordinating with transactions, estates, workplace, finance, and other specialists to ensure strategy is executable and linked to delivery. Emphasizes identifying risks, opportunities, and actions through lease/occupancy/cost data, maintaining regional dashboards, and driving improvements in estate quality and client experience. Qualifications emphasize strategic thinking, analytics, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration; significant experience in corporate real estate strategy, asset management, occupier advisory, or related fields; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, advanced degree or real estate accreditation advantageous.
